Yesteryear we asked people ” who do you work for ?” Today we ask ” What are you working on?” Today people are engaged with, involved with, or “connected” to an organization. In the age of networks people will engage with organizations-often multiple organizations;

If you engage with a company, on a project, you will have to be relevant or you won ’t last. Likewise a company will have to remain relevant to the people it engaged with.
